A healthy lifestyle has always been my way of life but I haven’t always lived out my true definition of health, and as a result was suffering. For the most part I ate healthy food, but I wasn’t necessarily eating the right foods for me. I battled for years with my self-image and self-esteem, I never felt comfortable in my own skin. I eventually got so sick and tired of feeling this way and never really doing much about it. I realized I don’t want to look back on my life and regret not feeling good! I decided enough was enough and I began my journey to educate myself on the best way to get my body moving and what food made me feel my best! I really didn’t care what size my jeans were, I wanted to wake up in the morning feeling GOOD! On this journey I realized that there are so many paths to take, you just need to find the one that works for you! It takes a lot of trial and a lot of error but you will get there and you will learn a lot about yourself along the way – the learning never ends!
I have seen what years of poor food choices, a sedentary lifestyle, stress and depression can do to the body, mind and soul. I have also seen what happens when someone decides to take control of their health through improving nutrition and physical activity. Health is all encompassing and requires attention to all areas of wellness. The Trifecta Lifestyle aims at addressing the mind, body and soul through nutrition, fitness and lifestyle coaching. My goal is to simplify this process for you and provide you with the right tools to embark on your journey to becoming the best version of you.
